The Five Heartbeats
Chicago, les années 60. L’ascension d’un groupe de cinq musiciens, les Five Heartbeats, dans le monde de soul. Leur carrière est prise en main par un manager sur le retour qui leur permet d'enregistrer leur premier disque. Mais les espoirs que leur fera miroiter un producteur véreux plongeront le groupe dans une discorde totale.
