As a result, independent organizations have fallen into a chaotic state where they greedy for profits with ambiguous boundaries. There was a man who had returned from America. The man's name is Ando (Hitoshi Ozawa). Under Ando, men with an iron will and passionate ambition gather together, aiming to revive the way of chivalry that is thicker than blood.
