Dead Sea
Lors d'une excursion en jet-ski, Kaya et ses amis Tessa et Xander sont victimes d'un accident tragique qui les laisse dériver en pleine mer. Après une longue lutte pour leur survie, ils sont secourus par un chalutier dirigé par le capitaine Rey. Cependant, ce sauvetage s'avère être le début d'un nouveau calvaire : le capitaine et le Dr. Hunt sont en réalité des trafiquants d'organes, cherchant à exploiter les victimes pour le marché noir.
